Summer Learning Journey Week 2 Day 3 Activity 2

In this activity I had to choose 3 things that I could do to help out my families in the 1930's....

To help I would...

  1. Sell stuff that isn't needed to make money
  2. Hunt for food
  3. Try and get a job as young as possible

Hey Harrison!

These are some creative ideas! Having a garage sale or boot sale of all the stuff you don't need anymore is a great way to raise money as you can clear out all your old things and other people can make use of it... And all for a good cause!

That's very selfless of you to think about getting a job as young as possible to make money for them. Would you work for the income and then send a portion of the money to the people?

Nicky :)
