We went to Howick Historical Village on tuesday the 27th of June. One of the activities that we did was schooling. I really enjoyed this activity. Mostly because we got to experience what schooling was like back in the 1830s to 1840s. There were a lot of differences from then to now. One of them being there as a cane which teachers would use to punish the students.

Hi Harrison!
How are you? I hope that you are having a great term. I am writing to let you know that we are going to run another free, holiday blogging programme this year and I would LOVE it if you participated.
The programme is called a Winter Learning Journey and the theme is 'A Great Kiwi Road Trip.' We're going to explore this awesome country of ours. The July holiday programme has 21 activities and it will run for the full two week holiday period (8 July to 22 July 2017).
Please feel free to log onto the site, register and then complete as many of the activities as you can over the holidays. We'll read your blogs, comment and keep track of your points. We will also bring prizes into school for the 'Top 3' bloggers at the beginning of Term 3.
Hope to see you online this holiday!!
Cheers,
Rachel :)
Hello Rachel
I am really well thank you, how about you?
I wouldn't miss this for the world especially after my trip to Malaysia last time. I can't wait to go traveling around New Zealand with all of my fellow bloggers.
Speak to you soon
